- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vape devices, e-liquids, or cartridges.

Include the following details:

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund depending on your preference.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
